The location of the hotel is ideal, with many attractions within walking distance, such as the castle and cathedral. the property is well-decorated and cozy, giving off a cottage-like vibe. the facilities are fully equipped, including a kitchen, providing convenience.
The noise from neighboring properties occasionally disturbs the peace, but it seems to be a rare occurrence and does not reflect the overall quality of the hotel.

The location of the accommodation is central, with just a short walk to the town center and the cathedral quarter. the views from the property are lovely. there are plenty of dining and drinking options within walking distance.
There seems to be a small issue with the toilet flushing, as it makes a loud noise for a while after.

Great location in the heart of the historic city, close to all the attractions and activities. Quirky interior with nice features, although a bit dark.- The property is clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a well-insulated space and adjustable heating.- Fantastic facilities with a fully equipped kitchen and a good-sized shower in the bathroom.- Lovely and quiet surroundings, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
Lack of attention to detail regarding the quality of the bed and bedding. Inferior standard compared to the price paid, with chipped bowls and a dirty crockery drawer.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem. The value for money was fantastic, with a spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, and great shower. The location was ideal, just minutes away from the Castle, Cathedral, and High Street. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and having our dogs with us made our stay even better.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was a wider variety of options.

The property was beautifully designed and furnished with interesting touches. the shower was spacious with plenty of hot water. the location was fabulous, just a short walk to the Cathedral, Castle, and Steep Hill. It was also close to plenty of pubs, restaurants, and a cinema. the hosts were very responsive and made all arrangements easy.
The mattress on the bed had gone soft in the middle, which made it uncomfortable for couples as you end up rolling to the center.
